Terms and Conditions x888 apk – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the x888 apk platform — including the website, mobile app (APK), and related services — you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any update to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the x888 apk service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a person who has been imprisoned or prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Acknowledge that use of the platform may be subject to local laws in your region of residence, and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance.

X888 apk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to temporarily suspend an account pending verification. If it is established that a member registered by providing false age information, the account will be closed and all transactions may be reversed.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. When multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all related accounts will be suspended and an investigation will be conducted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• Accurate date of birth.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A valid phone number registered in your name.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. x888 apk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

X888 apk supports a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other local payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through secure, fully encrypted channels.

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits must be made using an account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• X888 apk does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your own bank's fees may apply.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your x888 apk account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes once the request has been approved.
• X888 apk reserves the right to request additional documents if a withdrawal amount exceeds a specified limit.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will result in account suspension and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, cashback, rewards, and promotional offers provided by x888 apk are subject to specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages. Players are advised to read those terms before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements before wins derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Rates and conditions vary by bonus type.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have varying validity periods. Any unused bonus that expires within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: x888 apk uses a dedicated detection system to identify bonus abuse such as low-value wagering solely to meet wagering requirements. Accounts proven to have abused the bonus system may be suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Typically only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in their cancellation.

6. Game Rules

All games available on x888 apk — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and bingo — have their own specific rules that must be followed. Non-compliance may result in the cancellation of the relevant round or bet.

• All game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, x888 apk will review the server logs to determine a fair outcome.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Live Casino games use real human dealers and all sessions are recorded for security and dispute resolution purposes.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and table level. Please check before joining a table.
